SUBMISSIONS
Send the full manuscript of the letter on speculation that meets the submission guidelines as an MS Word .doc attachment to:

OUR RESPONSES / YOUR EMAIL
You will receive a reply from our acquisitions editor, and the email might come from AccentuateServices.com or TwinTrinityMedia.com. Please be sure both of these domains are on your email white list to receive messages from us.
PLEASE NOTE: Some email services such as Yahoo!, Hotmail, WindowsLive, AOL, and in some locations, Comcast, might put our emails in your spam or bulk email box, so be sure to look for them there.
ATTENTION HOTMAIL & COMCAST USERS: Hotmail & Comcast will not always deliver our messages to you. If you submit through a Hotmail or Comcast address, we might not be able to respond to your submissions. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control.
We suggest you change your email service to a provider that doesn't try to control what you receive in your inbox and considers you intelligent enough to determine what is and is not spam. Yes, we are not happy with Hotmail, Comcast (and sometimes Yahoo! too!). We highly recommend Gmail if you need a free email service provider that allows POP access and web access with a near unlimited storage space, or you can get a professional personal email through your own domain.
EMAIL SUBJECT
In the subject of the email put: UNSENT LETTERS SUBMISSIONS
If you fail to do this, we may not see your submission, since we receive hundreds of emails per day. Putting this subject in the email will cause the filter to automatically put your submission into the right inbox folder for us to review.
SUBMISSION EMAIL BODY
In the body of the email, please put your name and the title of the Unsent Letter you are submitting. If you are submitting a photograph for consideration along with your Unsent Letter, please state so in the body of the email, so we know the attachment is intended.
You may also put a 1-5 sentence short biography of yourself, if you would like. This step isn't necessary during submission, but you should consider a bio for yourself should your Unsent Letter be accepted for publication.
SUBMISSION FORMAT
All submissions should be in .doc or .rtf attachments. If you do not have MS Word, download the free Open Office and save in .doc format.
Documents should be:
* Double spaced
* Courier New font
* 12 point font
~~Please do not use any fancy formatting or fonts.
* Indent the first line using auto-indent in MS Word, setting it at .3.

RESPONSE TIME
We will respond to all submissions we receive, but please give us anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months to respond. We will try to respond just as quickly as possible, but due to high submission volume, natural disaster, bad weather, PMS or a super sunny day--hey, we have a life--it might take us a little longer to respond then you or we would like.
If it's been more than a couple of months, feel free to email and ask about the status. If you use any free email service, like Yahoo!, AOL, or Hotmail, our response might end up in your email spam/bulk mailbox or might not make it to you at all.
If you have any questions, please DO NOT EMAIL. Instead, use the site contact form over on the right hand side of the screen - we'll get it faster instead of having to wade through submissions to find it!
