I know how difficult and baffling it can be. Why do we do what we know to be harmful? Why do we repeatedly do what we swear we won't do? I try to remember that every baby step helps. Just as each cookie added its small contribution to the problem, each sensible meal adds its benefit. So I do what I can do, one day at a time. Bravo, Rissa!
